- Represented a farmer in a high dollar divorce involving a minor child. Negotiated a full settlement that entailed 50/50 parenting time, joint parental decision-making, low monthly child support payments, and the client was able to keep full ownership of his farmland, farming equipment, and farming operations.
- Represented a local business owner in a lawsuit against a former business partner, which also involved defending the client against a counter lawsuit in the same action. After a days’ long trial, obtained a favorable judgment for the client that consisted of an award of attorney fees and punitive damages, while the counter lawsuit failed in its entirety.
- Represented a contractor in a lawsuit alleging breach of contract and negligence. Successfully defended against all allegations at trial and judgment was entered in the client’s favor.
- Represented a client in a disputed paternity case. Obtained a trial judgment in the client’s favor that included an award of current and back child support and full parental decision-making authority, while the other parent was only given limited supervised parenting time that required frequent drug testing and drug rehabilitation.
